Sustainable events at Oxygen

Oxygen has developed leading edge systems for reviewing and minimising environmental impacts of its events.  We were selected for three consecutive years to manage UK Trade & Investment's flagship low carbon conferences.  Above left is the (then) Foreign Secretary  Margaret Becket opening the first event; BBC's Roger Harrabin and Shell Chairman, James Smith also particpated in Oxygen's low carbon events for UKTI.  For UKTI's 2010 low carbon event, we hosted live links with speakers from China, India, USA and Brazil.

Oxygen adheres to the standards set out by the British Standards Institute, in BS 8901:2009, 'Specification for a sustainability management system for events'.  See BSI's website for further information.
