Diverse and inclusive events

Oxygen seeks to make all its clients' events inclusive and diverse.  Testament to this, The Cabinet Office chose to work with Oxygen to deliver its Civil Service 'Diversity & Equality Awards' which took place at Lancaster House. 

Oxygen has been involved in government equality and diversity issues in the capacity of an event management agency for many years. Our experience includes consultation event series for the Equal Opportunities Commission;  international conferences for Women and Equality Unit; 'Changes in the Workplace' and 'Dispute Resolution' roadshows across the UK regions for DTI’s Employment Relations unit. Oxygen was appointed to run the Disability Capital Conferences for the GLA, which involved a one day conference for 400 disabled delegates which had to be exemplary in its adherence to inclusive accessibility; we also launched the Mayor of London’s Diversity Works initiative to London’s business community with Jesse Jackson as keynote speaker.
